Kies not installing update to firmware

It tells me an update is available...then downloads the software ...resets and acquires my phone..then just tells me the same... no installing it!!
 
Mine did exactly the same. Are you on 4.03?
My update was 84.26 MB but now there is apparently no update available.

Very strange.
