Hi,
I have my phone connected to Kies and under basic information in Kies it says ' This version of the device cannot be updated' what does that mean?
Would I get that message cause I cant install the Samsung GT-I5500M driver onto my computer. I get a message when I plug my phone into my laptop that i need to install a drive, so I say locate driver and install and it comes back saying it failed. Ive tried installing it again with my av and firewall turned off and it doesnt seem to make a difference.
Any input would be great.
