Hi everyone,
I am having a problem updating kies to the latest version. (downloaded from samsung site)
When I launch the update, it will give the following error: "Unable to launch Kies uninstaller!". Nether is it possible to uninstall Kies the normal way (there is no uninstaller present).
I have tried near to everything in order to uninstall Kies manually (deleted all Kies folders and files on my pc, tried programs like "your Uninstaller", tried two registry cleaners, and I deleted quit some registry entries about Kies myself).
Is there anyone who had this problem as well?
Any possible solutions, am I missing something? The only solution left I can think of is a clean install of windows...
