Help kies update

now i am using kies version 2.5.0.12094_28 as it is the latest downloadable version from samsung website.

after installing, i can easily connect my samsung s3 and use it.

but kies finds an update to the program itself. after updating itself, my phone becomes unavailable to use with kies

any ideas ?

Welcome to the forum umutjunk.

I don't really have too much experience with kies so all I can suggest is uninstalling and reinstalling.

I'll move this over to the main gs3 forum as someone there may have a better idea

I have the same problem too. I updated both Kies and the firmware to 4.1.1, now it does not connect and do not dial phone numbers imported from Outlook.

Do you really have 2.5.0.12094_28 version.
If you can give me the link plz.
On play store only 2.2 version available only.
