Help Kies Will not Connect

So i tried to connect to Kies on my computer . While searching for devices on my network the screen shuts off.And when i turn it back on,it tells me no devices found?

Ensure that you do nto have USB Debugging checked

It's under Settings>Development


This might crack it.
