Kies with Galaxy S3 sync problems with Outlook

downloaded Kiew 2.3.X. tried using USB or wifi sync, same problems as folos:
1/ some (not all) Outlook Calendar appointments NOT sync to device and vice versa, that is NOT SHOWN on either.
2/ some Appointments were just EXCHANGED, i.e. double shown on device AND/OR on Outlook.
3/ this happens also on Contacts.

very much need the REAL sync function.... any advice? need help.

Try to sync everything with gmail. First put your outlook mail address in gmail and than let it sync with your phone. Android syncs better with google products
