Hey, I have a Samsung Galaxy SII X (Telus Canada) (SGH-T989D) which I would like to upgrade to Ice Cream Sandwich using Kies. However, when I plug in my phone and connect it to Kies, the program seems to be unable to recognize the current firmware and therefore gives me no option to upgrade.
