Help Kies Won't Load on PC

This is driving me up the wall!

Have downloaded and installed the latest version of Kies, but when I go to open it the Kies logo pops up and then disappears and nothing happens.

Have tried the usual uninstall and reinstall method but the same thing keeps happening. I am on Vista.

Any ideas?

Antivirus? Try to turn it off meanwhile (if you have it)

Have tried that but it still doesn't work unfortunately. Have got around it by downloading it onto the missus' laptop.
