Help Kies

I have upgraded to ICS.
I made backup on Kies.
Im not satisfied with ICS and want to downgrade to Gingerbread on Odin.
If I do this can I use the backup on Kies to recover?

Which all data are you most concerned about?

Your contacts and calender is synced on your google account.
To backup messages you can use any of the many free apps on the Play store.

To backup apps use My Backup pro for unrooted phones and titannium backup for rooted phones.

Any other data you concerned about?
