hey,
I have read on this forum that killing tasks uses more battery. How does this work? i dont have a task killer installed, but i do long press on the home key and swipe away apps that i am not using. Does this amount to task killing?

Thanks mate.. But as I said, I am not using a task killer. However I do swipe away apps (ics feature) that i have finished with. Does this amount to killing the task and is it therefore counterproductive?

The same thing applies to using the built-in Task Manager to kill app's. You are still killing tasks.
