Help Kinda mad right now - Screen Protector

I've tried pulling the screen protector off the screen but it won't come out and now some scratches appeared and I'm afraid of the actual screen being scratched - but don't know if that is.
Are u guys sure the Xperia Pro comes with a default screen protector that u can pull off, and if so, how do you do it???

I don't know where you bought your's from, but mine came with screen protector in the box to apply yourself. It did have a basic one on when I first got it, but that had the tabs and printing on to remove it and keep it protected in the box/shipping.
