So you all may or may not know, I have a moto g with a broken digitizer and lcd, to my happiness I see an article saying free moto X G or E screen replacement and going so far to say yea it's confirmed and unofficial "official " rule so I tried my hand at it... I was flat out rejected and told we don't cover damage like that unless it's under extended warranty. In the article said nothing of needing that. The only catch was bought from moto directly. Maybe there is more too it maybe I was saying something wrong. So anyway anyone else try to get their freebie?
