Not sure if this is right forum.
Friend has a new basic Kindle. I got him started some weeks ago with registering his Kindle to his Amazon account. We downloaded a book and all seemed well. However he now informs me that he cannot download any books. He thinks his Kindle is no longer registered with Amazon.
Before I go to see him is there a way to check his registration.
I use a Kindle app on my Galaxy tablet and phone and see no problems but think the very basic Kindle may be differnet?
Any advice please?
