Help Kindle on S5

I have tried to load the kindle app on my S5 4.4.2. The app loads but I cannot get the device to register. I have had several instances of the app. stopping

The app works onmy Galaxy Tab 2 and did, until it died, on my Galaxy S2. Managed to deregister the S2.

Any advice please?
