Kit Kat existing issue confirmation...

I believe this has been a recognized issue with Kit Kat, so let me know if i am correct. Looks like after using the camera (I believe this is when), my screen time out does not dim right off. Instead it does a slight dim,and I have to hit the side button to dim complete...?

it actually does not happen right after I use the camera, so not sure it is due to that...is this an issue camera aside?
