Just downloaded it for my cell on the Rogers network up here, and no hiccups thus far. I haven't really had a chance to test the battery drain to see if there is anything new but will do so at some point tomorrow perhaps.
My biggest worry is that I would lose usage of my SD card and this did not happen at all. I did move all my apps (games, music only) to device storage in case, and also left my music folder on my SD card...nothing happened, and I can still move any eligible app to the SD card after Kit Kat without any problems. Perhaps certain apps have the issue, but I haven't had one.
