Help Kitkat?

[DavidJames2013]

Hi, I am in the UK, and am constantly checking OTA and the LG PC Suite for Kitkat update but nothing yet. I am on the giffgaff network. This was released days ago for the International LG G2 so why am I not getting it yet? Thanks.

Have you looked at what you get when you update? I'm still looking for the "yawn" button. This should have been 4.3.1, not 4.4. It's more of a maintenance release than a new version. There's a lot more hype than there is improvement, addition or change.

I'm not sure anyone in the UK has it yet. I have an international version from Amazon UK and nothing yet either.

My phone updated to kitkat around the 15th of march. It's an international version I got from an what seller.

Are you UK based and what carrier if so? LG are saying on their UK Twitter feed that there are ongoing delays to KitKat rollout in the UK.

[olivierm]

Yes, UK based on Virgin mobile.

Thanks for coming back. The waiting game continues for me then!

..........and all LGs tweets about the rollout in the UK have vanished from their feed........

Update has arrived this morning and is installed and seems to be fine.
