Hi,I have been looking at some android tv boxes, some have good reviews, some bad..So I was wondering if I could use my laptop as a way to stream,by downloading Kodi.I have 4gb ram..750gb hd...Would it work for me,or would it take up a lot of space on the laptop..Thanks
The thread has posted twice,,,it came up as error when I posted,so I thought it hadn't been posted...sorry about double thread

Hi and yes kodi would be fine , i had it on a p.c and a mini laptop where i connected them together with the hdmi cable, its fine and no problems but i got the android box to save all the messing about

Thanks Bazzaboy79..I have 4gb ram,and 750 hard drive on the laptop,so that would be ok?..Yes I am looking at getting a box,but the one to get is the question..I see boxes with Igb ram,and 2gb ram..I presume the 2 ram would be best..Thanks

Yes thats plenty for kodi, u can always clear cache in kodi any way and theres a programme u can get within kodi to delete all unused thumbnails anyway, iv only got a gig ram on my box with no memory card and for what i want it for is working spot on. Its the m8 quad core and iv just bought a second box called the mxq quad core both r working fine
