the touch screen is frozen?? i tried to reset it and it still dont work? help

If you've tried a factory reset and it's still not responding to your touch, it's more than likely a hardware issue unfortunately.
You'll need to speak to Kyocera or your network and see if they will replace/repair under warranty.
