Kraken vs. Urban Armor Gear...which is better?

I am getting 3 GS3's..1 for me and 2 for the kids (14 and 15 years old) so I need to know which case will offer the best protection?

Kraken AMS or Urban Armor Gear.

Price is really not the issue, I want the best protection for these phones.

i dont think there would be much difference in protection with both of the covers both should be equally good. Try googling around and see what you get also try seeing some drop tests of both the covers on youtube. Also check out the Otterbox defender series cases they are supposed to have good protection.

I went from Otterbox defender to Kraken AMS and Spigen Glas screen protector. Great combo. I'm more than satisfied with the results.

How much larger is the Kraken than the Defender? Several of the drop test videos of the Kraken shows the Kraken falling apart, while the Defender keeps on rocking. What has been your experience with this?

I refuse to pay $11 per phone for insurance so I need good protection! I am leaning towards the Kraken after seeing some drop tests on Youtube.

i have also just picked up the kraken as a gift for my friend who also has the S3 i am using a Amzer dual hybrid cover with kickstand.
