Kyocera 1300 Cricket Wireless

Not sure if this is the right forum so sorry if it isn't. This is the progression of phones I have went through with Cricket Wireless: Kyocera 1300, Samsung Text Messager II, and Huawei Ascend. I sold the Samsung Text Messager II on ebay and am looking to do the same with the Kyocera 1300. I can not figure out how to do a factory reset on the Kyocera 1300. Couldn't find any good info around the web either. Does anyone know the answer to this issue?

I guess I will have to call Cricket and then Kyocera if the carrier won't help.

Edit: Cricket said there is no factory reset. You need to delete your messages and contacts. I also changed the security code (last four digits of phone number).
