Help Kyocera Rise touch screen not working! Help!?!

Hi! So my phone's touch screen just stopped working.
I am able to navigate through the phone using the keyboard and have tried a factory reset.
Can anyone help me figure out whats wrong with the touchscreen!

Have you dropped it? Sat on it? Otherwise put stress on the KB-display connection? I have no clue- call them up for a warranty repair.

Did you ever find a solution? I just had it happen to mine, that I am using as web phone.. ;>|?
