Root Lagging/Choppy

Ok so i was on the internet yesterday on my phone when out of nowhere my phone gets choppy and whatnot. I have the monster 5.3 rom with this on setcpu:

900 Max
480 Min

and the only profile is screen lock...

how can i stop it

I know sometimes with the screen lock profile when you turn your phone on it still has the profile on and makes your phone go very slow
