Lan cable

Hi

I am not sure if one of these is available but I am off on my hols soon and the rooms have a lan network socket I dont really want to take my laptop with me but I will be taking my N7 along.

Is there any kind of cable that will connect my N7 to the Lan network, I am guessing ti will be an RJ45 to the micro usb if its possible?
