Landlord Application

A landlord application

Enter property addresses
Enter tenants information
Enter Utilities
Enter Rent Received
Enter Mortgage paid
Multiple Properties
possibly the ability to import and export back up and restore would be great too

Most important Keep track of income and expenses for taxes at end of year.

iLandlord for iphone is probably the most like one there is.

This is basically an excel program I wish I knew how to make android apps

Oh sorry currently there is NO other application in the android market for this type of app. While I cannot afford to purchase a team to work on this I would think you can make alot of money in the market with it.

Did you ever get my msg via PM?

I've made great progress on an Android "Land Lord" app. Is anyone other than Shubox interested in contributing ideas? (He has not answered numerous messages on the topic so I guess he is no longer interested.)

Hey Bob no I am still interested in it, my wife will be home soon and be able to answer your private msgs soon!
