Apps Language app

Hi I'm new to this forum. I'm fairly new to Android development, I have an idea where the app can take in a users voice and check if they pronounced the word correctly.

I don't have much of an idea where to begin for example are there libraries for languages out there that I can use? If someone can point me to the right direction it would be great
