You need to go to Settings .. Language & input and then select your language ..
.. of course, that's going to be easier to do if you can read Chinese. If you can't, it may be worth posting the precise model phone and the version of Android it runs so someone can walk you through the options by number, e.g. take the first option in Settings .. Language & input
