Language issues

[Android Question]

Help...my friend downloaded the gingerbread keyboard on a samsung straighttalk phone...model sch-s738c and now his speech to text is in some language other than english...how do I go about putting it back to English? The regular text works correctly...it's just the speech to text that is all screwy...

There should be a speech to text setting in Settings. Make sure it's set to English.
