I have had my Sprint Epic 4g Touch since January and have had no issues using other languages on my phone. But recently, whenever I send a text in another language, ie: Korean, the text msg receivers cannot view the language. My text shows up in question marks and other symbols on their phones.
I contacted Sprint and Samsung for help but they said they cannot do anything since I'm using a downloaded keyboard from the market. But my friends use the same apps and have no problems. I believe there is something wrong with my phone but I don't know how to get to the root of it. Isn't it not my fault if my phone cannot support another language when it should??
What can I do??
