Hi all,

If I were to purchase a Samsung I7500 in Norway, will it have a Norwegian version of Android? Or do all Android phones have an English GUI?

My ideal setup would be English GUI with Norwegian keyboard... :cool:

I have an HTC Magic and installed free apps Scandinavian keyboard, and Norwegian dictionary, which allow you to use a Norwegian keyboard and dictionary setup :)

It's multilingual. I bought mine in Germany, popped in a UK SIM chip, and it switched to English. I just checked mine, and Norwegian (Bokmel) *IS* a language option. Regardless of your SIM chip, you *can* manually change your locale and language. Though I don't know if you can have your language set to one, and your keyboard set to another. It's possible, though, with a third party keyboard...
