Language toggle on keyboard disappeared

Samsung Galaxy Duos II- Net10- Android 4.0- model GT-S7562
Issue: my language toggle on the spacebar has disappeared. I'm not sure if I hit something in settings or if the newest update deleted it but it is gone and I can't get it back. I have reset all my settings to original settings but that didn't help.

What can I do to get my toggle on texting between Spanish and English back?
