Large photo format

Hi there. Just new to the forum so apologies if this has been answered previously! I am trying to find out if it is possible to take large format pictures with a Galaxy S3. Basically, i want the images large enough to print (on canvas etc at maybe 8 X 10 inches) but at 2mb, this isn't possible. Is there an app available that will save the images as a TIFF or such like - a file about 8mb or more? Storage doesn't bother me as i have a 32gb sd card.

With Photos it does not matter what the file format is, 8 X 10 is 8 X 10. If Jpeg won't print that large neither will a Tiff. A 5 X 6.5 is the best the camera can do based on the number of pixels.
