Help Last 2 problems on Infotmic Flytouch2 wowPad 10.1"

I have my two last remaining problems with this 10.1' Flytouch2 wowPad 2.1.1158 emma2/jaws built
The problems 1. Camera not working!! it only displays red/green background sort of like being a pal/secam/ntsc problem but you know that's not the case I have had it work before and than it will go off i cant seem to figure out if its a software issue some sort of codec that messes it up probably from the sip video phone or is it a hardware issue cause when i stuck an sd card once too deep it fixed it and than it got messed up again. How can i figure it out is anyone else using sipdroid or other video/sip phone with the camera also if its a hardware issue you thing the cell phone repair guys will be able to repair it???
Problem 2. I cant seem to connect the pad with the pc i have checked the option for USB debugging and accepting software from other sources i have also used both a straight male A to male A connection and a USB file transfer cable and no results only when you hook up another androind phone to it it sees it as a USB hard drive?? but i cant access the aPad though a pc to add software to it??? what am i doing wrong

To Connect your fly touch to your pc you will need to turn on your fly touch using home, menu and power buttons all at the same time. Depending what operating system you are running on your computer you maybe asked for drivers .... if you do require drivers just let me know.... hope the helps a little ...

Colin thank you for your response. I tried your method of connecting the PC to the aPad and pressing power+Menu+home at the same time but all it gives me during reboot is the option we used to install the update via sd card with the 4 options
1.reboot system
2.Install update.zip from sd card
3. wipe cache
4. factory reset
nothing about USB deuging or anything like that.
On the PC side there is absolutely no sign of finding a device at all. Nothing to where it sees anything and says unknown device or something, nothing happens. i have already checked/enabled usb debugging and unknown source on the apad but dont seem to get them to communicate together. I want to be able to do that so i can use DroidExplorer and put some files in the aPad and be able to tether from my iphone.
Am i pressing them not in order or doing something out of sequence i don't know but i am using a straight male A to male A USB cable and the usb ports work just fine
any input will be appreciated

Hi i also have the same isue, but i need to find the drivers, because when i try to connect i wants to look for drivers. So if you have the drivers i would greatly appreciate it.

I found the infotmic upgrade software the other day. You can google iuw(Infotmic Upgrade Utility) or Infotmic Upgrade tool on the web. That MAY help out.
