lol, yeah I can get a refurb sent to me....I've had about 6 sent to me, each of them put together even worse than the previous one.....It's pretty sad when you'd rather keep the defective-screened Thunderbolt in your possession over the crappy refurbs Verizon keeps sending you. There are literally about 5-6 threads in the Thunderbolt section about "Refurb hell". I'm still in purgatory but am hoping to get out this week or next! :D

Aw man, I had no idea the TB refurbs were that bad. So bad that you'd rather keep that one than take a chance with what they'd send you in exchange? That's pretty awful. Good luck getting out of your personal TB Hell.
