Why is it that every time I start P90X, my bowels want to interrupt? I feel like some Star Wars spaceship that "dumps" its garbage before it goes into light-speed....I guess if it allows Han Solo to "float away"....

Give "insanity challenge" a try. It's a great workout and a lot easier (generally) on the bowels in my experience
