Hi, i'm looking for an android app that can block my phone from accepting incoming calls from phony numbers like the pringer and such. I pretty much want to only accepts call from a carrier (or landline if I must), no calls from an internet base line. Can anyone help me please?

Avast can block calls from unknown or 900#s
