he is here for a week!..I just got him a plane ticket online and flew him here last minute..spur of the moment...Holiday Style!!:D:D

luckily he is still young enough. ..he is a musician and DJ and not married or have any kids yet...so he was able to just grab a backpack with some clothes hop on the plane and just do it!

Indeed I did. And at that time, it was amazing! CM6, then CM7 FTW! Rocked it with ADW EX Launcher. Closest I could get to a Nexus at the time. DInc 2 was a hardware replacement for the DInc cos Assurion ran out of DIncs. Same for the Droid X
 
Naw. I got it replaced three times due to hardware failure until they just gave me a DInc 2. Then I had two hardware failures on the DInc 2 and was done with HTC. The Droid X

Yeah man. Honestly, unless something groundbreaking occurs outside the Nexus program or the program goes the way of the dodo, as long as there is Android, it is Nexus for me. :D

i own a gs2 im glad i bought it it was used had a broken screen but still functioned perfectly, i rooted and flashed cm10.1 my god how i love the vanilla feel of it!

have yu rooted yur N⁴ or N7?
 
Yeah. Both are unlocked, rooted and running the latest AOKP nightly ROM. The onscreen buttons in the screenshot are modified to look that way with the reflected look. And the search button is not stock, added in as well via ROM Control in the ROM. You gotta get a Nexus man!
 
i will as soon as i can lol i personally dislike AOKP it's alil more like a complex due to RC. Ohh and guyz, for the ones that care(lol) im a step dad in a way, im glad to be a father in a way. :D
 
First off, congrats on fatherhood. If you take it seriously, it doesn't matter whether by blood, marriage or simply father figure. Kids are five times more likely to go to prison (not jail) when there is no father to help guide, discipline and nurture. That kid will thank you some day and it'll all become apparent your true impact.

As far as AOKP, I've been with them since the first ROM so I've grown with them as a user. Upon first flash, things seem quirky (for example, transparency settings aren't stock, but I always make it stock) but I guess I'm used to setting up all my settings in ROM Control and general settings first before I do anything else.

I love CM or a pure AOSP rom :D the possibilities are endless with them and i know AOKP is based off CM but idk lolz anyways what apps do u use that require root?
