I have Nexus 5, I am getting angry because of this problem. I having issue that the notification reach late around 30 minutes in Viber, Whatsapp and BBM. Also the same when i send a msgs in these apps ! .
It keeps saying " Sending " or reconnecting. Something like the apps are losing the internet connection ! Also with Instagram ! When i open the app and press the refresh button, it says fail to refresh and then i have to close the app from the multi-task and open it again . I restored the phone 2 times and still the same.
