Root Latest CWM Recovery download

I have the one that comes with the 2.3.6 root, where do I get the latest cwm recovery and how do I install it?

By the way where can I download the 900 mhz OC kernel, and can I flash it on my stock rom with no problems?

Easiest way would be to just push it through with Odin

Also you cant flash the oc kernel on a stock rom. Well unless you want a soft brick.
