Latest firmware?

Hi folks.
Can anyone tell me what the latest firmware should be on the Samsung S3 mini?My version of of Android is still 4.1.2 and Kernel version I8190NXXAMJ2 but I've read that there should be an update available?
When doing a software update it's telling me the latest updates have aleady been installed?
Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi folks.
Can anyone who has the Samsung S3 mini in the UK tell me what firmware they're running?
My phone is still running Android version 4.1.2 and it's saying latest updates have been installed when I check for software updates but I've read that there have been updates released?
@beerwolf I wasn't sure how to check the links you provided as I didn't see the UK listed?
