I have just updated to the latest Google Maps and can now see the offline maps option. But one new function I cannot see, that of "indoor" maps. I remembered that the floor plan of the National Maritime Museum in Greenwich, London was on it but when I fully zoom in I cannot see anything. Anyone know if I am missing anything?

I'm a US user, but I checked anyway and I agree, there are no indoor rooms shown.
I checked a local Home Depot I remember looking at previously and it did show indoor partitions.

Is the "offline maps" different then before? Cause I ended up ditching Google Maps and going with Sygic because with Google it only cached maps and for offline was limited to like small areas and not entire states and I am doing a 1000+ miles trip in a few weeks here in the U.S. and would need like 6 - 7 entire states.
Just checked out some other places on the list and they do have floor plans etc. Seems the ones I wanted to use from the list have been incorrectly included!
As for the offline maps, this isn't something I have used as of yet. My Nokia was able to store the entire maps to the SD card so a data connection was never needed except for locality based information. Is that not possible with these?
