Help Latest Kies update

I have recently updated Kies to Version 2.5.0.12094_27. However since doing so I have been unable to succesfully connect my Galaxy Mini GT-S5570 to Kies. When I try to do so I keep getting a message stating "A monitor program has been found running on your system. Please, unload from the memory and restart your program".
I have tried disabling my anti virus program but that made no difference.
I shall be grateful for any advice on how to resolve this issue.

I take it you mean the pc with Kies on it fires out the message..if so..what operating system are you using??..I'd probably try and shut down the Windows firewall and the Security centre on the pc and see what happens. You'd need to disable them in services.msc..Start/Run,,type services.msc..hit enter..Look for the Windows Firewall and the SecurityCentre in the list..Double click each and set them to disabled..Close that window and reboot the machine,,Try again with Kies..No workie still...Go back and set them to automatic in services.msc..Reboot..

I seemed to have resolved the issue I had with the Kies update by uninstalling IOBit Malware Fighter. Once I had done so I was able to get my phone to connect with Kies and was able to sync my contacts and schedule. I then re-installed IOBit Malware Fighter and, so far, everything continues to work fine.
