Latest Swype

I'm lucky enough to be a beta tester, however, my recent install will not swype. I've reinstalled twice. Any ideas?
 
be more specific? What does it do? does it highlight blue around the outside of the keyboard when you try to swype? or does the keyboard not even show up??
 
Try registering anyway. I registered my wife's phone after the beta was closed, got an email from them the same day with login information for her. The web site SAYS the beta is closed, but it seems like they are still taking new people.
 
Make sure to go get the latest installer from their web site, rather than using one you downloaded less recently.

Just tried that. Got an error message that says, "The Swype package you installed is configured for another device and will operate with limited functionality. Please contact Swype about this issue".

I uninstalled and reinstalled it yesterday and it was working, but it's back to doing nothing again. May have to resort to Shapewriter. I downloaded it before it was taken off the market.

I love Swype. Wish it worked.
 
Apple and HTC are going to release swype very soon which will give fun with magical appearance of letters. Just move your figure through the letters and the words will be formed. Latest videos of swype are available on Internet which shows practically.

There is great information to be found on the Swype site that I linked to above. They go in to some fairly good detail on how to fix various problems. I was having the same 'blue box' problem, followed the steps on the website and it's now working fine.

Email Swype and also check their forums for help. There's got to be a fix!

Thanks everyone. I'm swyping again. I just hope it stays fixed this time. I had to uninstall the swype installer and swype, reboot my phone, download the installer again from the link sent in the email from swype and reinstall and activate it. Not the simplest process and its the second time I've had to do it in two days. I emailed Swype when it stopped working the first time, by they never responded.
