Launcher Pro PLUS!

I use Beautiful Widgets and bought this about an hour after it came out. No force closes so far. I do not use the people widget though so maybe that has something to do with it.
 
Sorry, I am using BW with LP and no FC's! :confused:
Is anyone with the FC's happening using the 3D drawer?
That is something I have never enabled...FWIW!


EDIT: if anyone with the FC issue wants to compare settings with me, I am more than happy to do that!
 
I get probably 1-3 force closes a day , I use beautiful widgets, no people contact (i've paid but haven't updated to the paid yet) , no 3D drawer (tried it didn't like it and it was glitchy) , I'm using 5 screens , high quality scrolling , I have homescreen caches set , minimum scrolling speed is 35
 
I have not had any FC's with the beta or the paid version. I'm also using BW along with the BW LWP with no problems. I am not using the LP people widget.

I used a few Sense widgets before switching to LP but the only one I'd like to have back is the bookmarks widget. I only used a couple of the other ones as space fillers on some of my homescreens.

Beautiful Widgets
-Beautiful smaller home
-Plane
-Vibrate
-Bluetooth
-WiFi

"Skinny" LP Plus people widget
3 Home Screens (Default is screen 2)
No scrollable widgets
No trackball scrolling
Auto rotation enabled
Disabled wallpaper scrolling
Elastic scrolling
Scrolling speed = 40

Everything else is default
 
thats another reason to like the app , the dev seems to listen to emails and keeps improving his product.
wish more dev's and companies would follow his example
 
I use Jorte for calendar.

For those waiting, didnt dev say the price will go up once he works out the kinks??

It is worth buying now at $2.99 in my mind and i dont use it yet

Maybe I am lucky or maybe it's just something in the settings. Or a conflict with apps/widgets that people are using that I'm not.

Under Preferences - Advanced Settings - Memory Usage Settings there is an option called "Prevent force-closes". I have that turned on. Maybe that would help you guys out?
 
Tried this again today...still getting FC's. I'm using -
BW
3D app Drawer
People Widget

Prior to this version I had BW and 3D app working without issues. I've tried disabling the people widget but I still get FC's, with this version (so I don't think its that)...not surewhat's going on. I'd rather go back to sense than not use BW though...it worked fine last version.

edit: apparently there's been some updates I haven't gotten. Installing LP to plus removed it form my installed app lists in the market place and it wasn't checking...we'll see if these help.
