Launcher Pro problem

recently, any time i reboot my Inc2, my default home goes back to the stock Sense instead of Launcher Pro, and i then have to download Home Switcher and select Launcher Pro. any one know how to fix this permanently?

also, for a few hours after rebooting, it continues to do this... really friggin annoying.

Go to Menu >> Settings >> Applications
Choose Manage Applications
Select HTC Sense
Under Launch by default, press Clear defaults
Press the Home button
Select Always use this application and choose Launcher Pro

If this does not work, or if the Clear Default button is greyed out on Sense, then uninstall launcherpro, reboot and then reinstall launcherpro
