Launcher with SMOOTH scrolling

Hi,

I am looking for a launcher with a particular feature or rather lack of particular feature. Each launcher I try when you swype between desktops has this micro bouncing effect that really annoys me. I mean, you cannot Swype just a tiny bit, as it will bounce back to the current screen. You actually have to swype decisively to change screens. What I am looking for is Iphone like swyping between screen. On iphone it is SMOOTH. Period. It is enough you just tickle the screen and the homescreens change. I know that MIUI roms have this type of SWYPing possible. I do not want to bother with changing the ROM though.

Any ideas? So far I tried ADW and Go Launcher EX and Stock galaxy SII launcher.

I use GO Launcher, and its as smooth as glass never experienced any lag like you are.Might just be your phone.I know what you mean i use to have a iphone and the wife still does and i can say that my $250.00 warp with Go Launcher slides just as good if not better then the iphone.Did you go into the Go settings and set the transition speed ? and set your effects like flip, wave, roll, cube, slide, etc. After you tweek it a bit you will hardly need to slide your finger just a slight tap or tickle as you said.

No. I looked at the options. There is no way to disable this "bounce back" effect. Touch the screen, and start moving your finger veeeery slowly to swype. Once you move 20% of the screen let go. Homescreen will not change. It will bounce back to the one that you started with. Unless there is some hidden option in the menu, there is no way to disable it. Iphone does this smoother.

If you drag really slowly then you'll have to move about half way. However a short/very short fairly speedy swipe will move from one screen to the next.

Its nothing to do with smoothness but to prevent accidental screen changes when moving about the screen.

This is using GO Launcher.
