I need a way to purchase Plus. I have serious problems with PayPal and can't/won't use it and there isn't another way to purchase. I have Pro but really want Plus.

You can use a credit card instead of getting PayPal account (that's what I did), unless you don't to be in any way, shape or form associated with PayPal.
