Hi friendz you all must have heard of MIUI and the beauty of the rom !! If you havent head up here MIUI, Redefining Android – MIUI Android Developers We dont have the rom but this launcher helps us get that look !!

ADW Launcher EX is the best IMO. It also works without any lag. May themes too.

I was using ADW Launcher Ex but changed to LPP recently.. Ive noticed LPP Is much faster than ADW launcher..But i do miss the ability to change app drawer background in ADW

zeam launcher is also one of the minimalistic launcher for android...no fancy things....and so memory usage is low tooo

I use golauncher ex as it has nice themes and has a integrated task manger !!

After using all launchers,
Go Launcher-EX has max features...

Zeam is minimalist and theoretically has lower memory usage but I didn't feel any difference.. (Just that I got some internal memory after uninstalling Go-Launcher )
