I installed APus launcher from my phone but it keeps popping up notification to install. Lately when I browsing ads or pop up would come on my screen stating that my phone is outdated and to install if not APus launcher ,zero launcher. Even if I ignore it something's it automatically install itself . What do I do ?

You say "when browsing", so it's most likely a problem with either the browser or the website you are visiting rather than the launcher. Some unscrupulous ad scripts will push unwelcome stuff when they spot an android browser (one reason to use ad blockers).

I've also used APUS Launcher, but none pop-ups, I think the pop-up mainly come from other app's promotion or some bad apps. Once I wrote APUS Launcher about my android device problem and they have helped me solve the problem. I think you can also contact them and ask them to help you.
