Help Lava iris X8 headphone issue

Hello! I'm using lava iris x8 and found out that if i am using any two pin or three pin headphone on it the sound quality is not good ... The same headphone I'm using in any other device even in iris x5 the sound quality is great ..... How do I fix this .... Nd is this a hardware problm or software??

Please help...
